    McDonald before Samaras. Give Samaras a bit more time at Celtic before we make him number 1, if that time ever does come, but dropping McDonald would be stupid. Let Samaras and JVOH battle it out.

    not only that. mcdonald is here on a contract, sameras is here on LOAN.
    they'res no proof other than about 1 artical that celtic have an option to buy him and infact no proof he even WANTS to stay or if man city want to sell.

    Mcdonald is the number one striker for me. Always rated the lad when he was at motherwell and his goals tally this season speaks for itself !! Also the amount of running and work he does for the team is brilliant. I dont believe gordon strachan could or would drop him unless resting him. I think we are extremely lucky to get him for £650 thousand, steal !!

    i would give sameras and JVH a game see how they go i think its not good having anyone thinking their undroppable and watching the games just now McDonald dosnt look up for give and go pass's ect he just seems to be one visioned at times and never wins the second ball.

    but he does put the ball in the net so tough choice but more options cant hurt in the long run
