He could easily have slipped it by the goalie to the right, or went round him on the right it looked easier.
But his head was swelt by then and he tried to jink by him on the left, but fair * to the goalie he read him well and made a good save.

That's one of the main things Rodgers has imprinted on this Celtic team, our pressing game is so much better nowadays. Especially our pressing from the front and it's a great way to play as it makes it extremely difficult for opposing teams.

It's also very exciting to watch.

It was vital we held on for the 10/15 mins after HT....as your gameplan obviously changed because of the fear of an away goal later in the game and you obviously doubted yourselves you would get 2. And so it turned out!!

To be fair Ronny introduced that, the Ronny team with Griffiths up front and Johansen in behind they ran about like madmen shutting down the opposition it was a big part of the team then.

Yet you got beat by us, what does that make your team? You don't win games by only preventing the opposition from scoring, your team can't score. The result was fair.

Cheers mate, if your team could sink their chances it may have been a different scenario. I think the end result was fair.

That's it my man, stick to your guns, no matter how daft it makes you look. :giggle1:

    I'm impressed.

    Hayes couldn't lace Forrest's boots.

Forrest playing well at this level and Hayes poorly doesn't change your mind? Out of interest, what would it take?
