I'm chasing it up through the Apple UK General Manager (who is based in the ROI funnily enough) so I'll see how their response goes before seeing about escalating it.
If you feel as though you wish to make a complaint to the police at this time then all the more power to you. Let us know how you get on if you do mate

Do they not have anything better to do.

They must have template complaint letters - because there always up in arms about something.

Sitting at 33rd now, hopefully a big push can make it stay in the top 40 till sunday morning

Well did it make the charts, and don't be an * all your life. Learn the words before you criticize the song and don't be putting your own version of it on here.

Don't know where I stand on this one. I see the logic and it really highlights the stupidity of the law, but it is a bit cringeworthy as well. It will be interesting to see the outcome if any.

In what way is it cringeworthy?

I think it is cringey the fact that you can go to a half empty Celtic park every week and not hear a peep from anyone, but ban a song about fighting an engligh monster and it ends up getting Celtic fans front page news because we are all so desperate to sing it.

That isn't to defend the bill which is a nonsense. So I get the logic and I am not really against the idea all that much, or maybe I am. Not sure but it just sits a bit off with me.

Cringeworthy to what type of person exactly?

The group is called Fans against Criminalisation, not Fans against Quiet Stadiums

The stadium is half empty and silent largely in part to the law and not being able to sing songs like this. It's the full point here.

The song isn't about fighting an English monster as you put it, the song is about 10 men who fought against criminalisation. The Scottish government are trying to make it illegal to commemorate these men and criminalise those who sing the song.

This campaign isn't because we are all so desperate to sing it either. Whether you agree with singing it at games isn't the issue. The issue is do you agree with your fellow supporters being arrested for singing it? Thats the reason i downloaded it, not because i am so desperate to sing it, but because i disagree with the governments attempts to criminalise those who do sing it.

Well it sits a bit off with me that there is a Celtic fan who will spend another night in a cell for singing this song. Its easy for you to cringe at people raising awareness for it when you aren't spending 6 weeks in prison for singing a song.

You accept the bill is a nonsense but cringe at those trying to do something about it?

Now that I think about it. Does this take into account purchases overseas? Wondering if I should change my IP first before buying it again...:smiley-laughing002:
