Does it apply to people without Scottish addresses?

For example an Irishman comes over to Scotland and sings BOTOB or ROH, would he be charged?

Its an extreme example, but can happen under the wording of the act.

If your from Rio, hypothetically, and go to a Celtic match and sing it, the sheriff in the area you sung it in could carry out criminal proceedings.

Outside Scotland, the Lord Advocate can carry them out.

Brazil is an extreme example. But mind when this was first being debated,in consultation etc, they said they would and do have the powers to carry out extraditions in this act.

Indeed. Anything they find 'offensive' you could be arrested for.

Ironic the people the song is about fought against criminalisation themselves.

They weren't criminals and neither are we.

Some are offended by the flag of Ireland flying over Celtic park.

& If Police or a person finds that offensive then someone flying the flag could be arrested, along with the club.

:smiley-laughing002: Doubt you would find any that would. However, if the lord advocate believes there is a chance of a conviction you could be extradited from Ireland to Scotland.

im sure the lord advocate wouldn be so thick as to expect a dublin judge to extradite one of its citizen to the UK for singing a UK top forty hit:smiley-laughing002:
