    It isn't.

No stadium in Scotland has EVER handed out any list of banned songs which included ROH.

Ok, its illegal to sing in Scottish football grounds then. Banned is the wrong word.

Again, this is the full point, nobody knows if it is or isn't.

Where's the law deeming it illegal in Scottish Football Grounds?

You can sing it anywhere in public and not be arrested, but if you enter a football ground in Scotland you are liable for arrest under the offensive behaviour at football act.

That particular act covers "offences" outside of football grounds.

Sections 1(1) and 6(1): offences outside Scotland

(2)'communication made by a person from outside Scotland if the person intends the material communicated to be read, looked at, watched or listened to Scotland.'

So, technically, Radio 1,Capital etc producers/presenters could be arrested under the act for playing it.

    Scott Mills - Political prisoner.

    Your right

The only place you can sing it is in the house watching the game, you can't even sing it in the pub, unless there is no football game on the tv of course. :97:

I'm sure it includes these "offences" taking place DURING matchdays or anywhere within 3 miles of a football ground.........or some pish like that.

If your in Scotland, or if you 'intend' footage of it to be shown in Scotland. Technically Yes!

So, if you singing ROH in a bar in RIO, then under the act you could be charged.

I don't think so. Police came into Bar Sixty Seven last time I was up (not really sure why) and everyone was belting out the rebs.
