    I'd love to see it. Keane and Hooper up front, with Commons, Ledley, Kayal and Brown in midfield, Wilson and Izzy supporting the wingers, maybe one existing and one new, better CB and it looks like Given in goal is a good possibility, we could rip up the SPL next season.

    Didn't realise he is on his last year of his contract at Spurs, maybe get him for a cut-price? I would definitely take him, you all saw wat he did for half a season with a bad team, so think what he would be like for a full season in a much improved team. He said he doesn't see his future in the Premier League and would want to go to a team that he would be playing all the time and helping youngsters coming through. Reports are saying he is meaning a Championship team but you never know it could mean coming to us:

    i would take him, people saying hes too old and not good enough, past it etc. honestly i think he would do really well here he has fantastic link up play, would play amazing with hooper good at getting past people and is one of the best strikers at 1v1 situations, sign him up!

    i honestly believe lenny is gonna make a move for him this summer...

    i have a feeling that it's the best time in his career to come and retire here as a hero winning some titles and helping our younger strikers...
