Reports of Ajax fans causing bother

Snelrecht is only possible without witnesses questioned, if the former lawyer and client wanted to be in trial in 2 weeks they have to agree. The (former) lawyer(s) did so that's why.

But it will grow into a big case if this Judge is not being fair. And we of Ajax will always help with testimonies against the integrity of policemen. We have plenty examples in the past, and we have eye witnesses, and we have positive intentions from solidarity.

You can say from behind your pc the judge is not fair? Bit weird thing to say. Witnesses and all will be heared in a appeal, they have agreed on the snelrecht case.

 

Going by the judges comments it sounds like the Dutch justice system is a travesty and joke.

This trial doesn't strike me as having been fair with evidence being ignored or dismissed out of hand.

The judge normally backs up the police. It is a old song in the Netherlands, even when the matter is stinky. Only when we build the case, the Judge may decide different.

 

First suspect just got two months in prison. Absolute disgrace, the Dutch justice system is a joke.

Two got 2 months, two got 6 weeks (throwing cans) and one got a month.

 

Yeah but they agreed on the snelrecht and so not to get witness reports. Even if there will be a new courtcase they have done their time in jail.
