BBC SPORT | Football | Scottish Premier | Ref wrong to rule out Dons 'goal'
Referee Iain Brines has admitted he wrongly disallowed the goal which could have finished Celtic's title challenge.
Is this guy a comlete hun or what? What about Samaras's goal that was perfectly legit??

Another example why NOT to have camera technology
-
To be fair to him, it was by all accounts chopped off unfairly.

It was unfairly chopped off but the thing that bothers me is that none of the reports mention Samaras goal that was disallowed minutes earlier, I still don't know what it was chopped off for
-
It was about time we got a bit of good luck and that aberdeen goal being choped of was the good luck.
-
ye it was harsh to rule it out but the whistle had gone and as brines even says the celtic defence had stopped. yet no mention anywhere of samaras' a few minutes previous. on that note aparantly scotsport last night never showed or mentioned either of the two samaras goals which seemed strange to say the least

The majority of players reacted to the whistle by stopping - the exception being Diamond who placed the ball into the Celtic goal.
It is clear that the goal should not have been disallowed."
How can any "goal" be allowed if play has stopped?
It wasn't hand ball but the throw leading to it was ours as well i thought -
with the goal chopped off and the sitter aberdeen missed, and the poor performance ,sounds like we were fortunate to get the win,,
thank * the huns are worse than us ,"cup semi",,,rangers were so bad,,it looks like we will beat them again at the weekend -
is it normal for a ref to come out with admiting he made a mistake?

Bollix to that Mason. If he had done his job properly it would have been 3-1.

The main point of this isnt whether or not Aberdeen should or should not have had a goal.
Its the fact that the media and that * brines have just completely ignored the fact that celtic had 2 legitimate goals chopped off and there is no mention of it anywhere!
We were pish on saturday, but had the referee had done his job properly it would have been 3-0 going into the last few minutes.
Why the * did Brines, the * * that he is, ONLY come out and say he was wrong to disallow aberdeen a goal and not celtics? He is a * mason, thats why!! -
