Depending on how much Pool want for Crouch i'd go for him, that would be a HUGE signing in both senses of the word! He's been around a good few English teams and might not want tagged a journeyman EPL player. They'll probably want £8 million+ though which is a pipedream.

The remainder of the games this season have to be won by any means neccesary , it doesnt have to be pretty just as long as we win as we need to make the scum work to win the title!!

I heard Naka's wages were 75k a week. This may include sponsorship n
but I imagine we're paying him a fair bit. Also I've heard Vennegoor gets payed an absolute bomb too.

Highly doubt we'll be able to afford his wages. That's presuming he refuses to take a wage decrease.

crouch wouldn't come here, brilliant player hope he gets a move to a good club next year and a decent run of games. he'd score 25 goals a season if he was a regular somewhere

Are you sure about that. Iv'e heard a lot of rumours about teams like Villa and Man City ready to make bids to Liverpool for him of about 10mil so I don't think he is out of contract. Could be wrong though.

Crouch, I'd be delighted with him...total dominance in the air.

you're right mate, he's not out of contract. if he was available on a bosman he'd have been signed up months ago

He's not out of contract he's just making noises about wanting to go elsewhere.

Pompey have expressed an interest in him and Mensah, sad fact is they'll probably get first refusal as they can offer better wages and regular EPL football. Only ace card we hold is Champions League which like i say may sway Crouch if he doesn't want to be labelled an EPL journeyman as he's had his fair share of clubs down south already.
