We'll need to be at our very best to secure the win, regardless of the current form of both sides.

    1-0 Celtic, Stokes.

lets get * intae these ugly unwashed orcs ,

same team as tuesday night but if maj is fit play him for wilson , kayal and ledley to control tempo of the game and run the game like 2nd jan , think we need to go 2 up top tho with hooper and stokes , and anybody else think we might see an appearance from freddie for this game?

It's not that long since the last old fim match and the pre-match thread was all doom and gloom, good to see the optimism this time round.
If the huns sit back and try and hit us on the break I think we will destroy them,we are scoring for fun and our defense has been rock solid.
    5-0

well i think we all know how the huns will set up with

    McRapist
    LB: Whittaker
    CB: Terrorist
    CB:Dad's Army
    RB: Papac
    LM:Weiss
    CM:Davis
    CM:Edu(mcthug if fit)
    CM:Ness
    RM:The Albino
    ST: Jelavic (Diouf , Healy)

    Celtic:

    Forster
    LB:Izzy
    CB:Maj (if fit)Wilson
    CB:Mulgrew/Rogne (fitness)
    RB:Juarez
    LM:Commons
    CM:Kayal
    CM:Ledley
    RM:Broonie
    ST:Hooper
    ST:Stokes

rangers will try flood the midfield so they dont lose the battle in there this time (dirty tactics) of course, usual style of play long ball over the top or ball into jellyfish's feet as he can hold the ball up, we need to combat in the midfield its vital , maybe be suprised with the midfield might go with freddie or mccourt in there but we will need to wait and see what lenny does , but im confident after our performances since the ibrox game in jan , go for 2-1 hooper stokes and naismith for the huns

I say we set out with the same team as Tuesday. Depending on if Rogne is back in then we move Wilson back to RB and drop Juarez. But i think the last game lennys tactics were spot on, dont think we will get away with the same ones again though, they will be ready for them. I think we need to play to our strengths rather than trying to counter theirs, make them worry about us. Hooper and stokes are on fire and with their movement i wont be surprised to see us get a penalty with a tired Davie Weir trip around 65th min.

    1 nil, Stokes pen 64.

Confident going in to this....dont know if thats a gd thing or not,

confident for first game at paradise and we were humped 3-1 feared the worst for the new year game and we win 2-0, typical old firm id take a draw but ill go for a 1-0 win with Stokes getting the goal!

    Hail Hail

not a bad shout.. The extra game (replay) shouldn't affect us as much as them.. I'd happily take the draw..

Bit too soon, both teams have niggling injuries to key players. I'd think neither manager even knows their team, until they can be sure of who's going to be fit.

I wouldn't like to see us rush back a CB, just to have to bring him off & lose him for longer anyway, it's only the diddy cup - I'd hate to risk Rogne being injured longer for example by rushing him back.

Wonder if Jelavic will make it? McElbows went off early last night too - heard anything about him?

We've enough strength in depth to cope, can never be too sure in OF games - but I'm quietly confident..
