   photoshop m8 :)
   pretty easy but you'd need a tmplate to know where to put designs etc.
   if you've got no idea how to use photoshop i'm sure someone on here will make it for ya!

   I have no clue mate,when i googled for a theme maker i assumed that it would be simple but this program looks overly complicated..
   
   If i was you i'd maybe search the official playstation forums and try find a tutorial for making them.

   :56: Find the name of said creator think its just called A.R.K ps3 themem maker then type in goolgle the name followed by tutorial and you shoould get a few hits.....hopefully.

    I'm not completely sure so don't hold me to this but i think the 16 backgrounds mean that the background can change every so often . I have seen themes where the background has changed on its own
    Not too sure , but its an idea
