Just played 360 demo version of pes and it's much better than fifa 14.

 

No borussia Dortmund in the game?

 

4 fake leagues in the game so the Bundesliga will probably be included in the wenb option file that gets released close to the game going on sale.

 

the gameplay is so good, think im going to have to get this and just * the licenses

 

The option files that are made are nothing short of amazing anyway.With all the added slots this year it just means lots more teams will be put in and made to look perfect (official)

Licences aren't even a problem unless you have trouble making a simple download to a usb stick and transferring it to your console.

 

Just downloaded and played the demo, it's quality

 

Downloading this, took 10 minutes to get to 50% and an hour and a half to get to 70% arghhhh

 

Double tap r1 for a sprint burst and double tap x to tackle,handy tip for new players.

 

Don't know if I should pre order this or not, with GTA just around the corner I don't think many people will give other games a shot. £23.21 for PC version on amazon could be worth a punt though.

Regarding option files, they may be released a little bit later this year as now that PES has a new engine none of the prequel data is compatible with the game. That being said the new editing features will make it a little easier.

Don't consider myself a fanboy as from time to time I play FIFA with friends but I see a lot of people laughing at the lack of licenses that Konami have. The features that the game has makes it possible to completely cover them up make it look official. Then when I give FIFA a shot I see it doesn't have a licensed Champions League and that's a big one for me. I could be wrong but as far as I'm concerned you can't edit it.

Most likely I will wait a while to get this but I was rather impressed with the demo and I can be one of Pro Evos harshest critics. Can see myself playing this a lot to kill time over the next few days in the wait for GTA V. I do buy this every year though in a hope that one day they can get that magic they used to have in the PS2 days.

 

All UEFA Champions League teams are included supposedly so I don't see why not

 

No dortmund on the game at all mate, they have exclusive license with ea i think. Saying that though they will be made on the one of many option files that will be available.

 

Ah well, I can live with that, EA need the licences to hide the fact their game is * :smiley-laughing002:

We are currently working on the following leagues to cover the fake teams in PES2014.

Div 1:
Europe - 1. Bundesliga
South America - Mexican Liga LX
Asia - J- League

Div 2:
Sky Bet Championship followed by:
Serie B
Liga Adelante and
2. Bundesliga

Any help with these in the form of appearances, stats or anything else would only make release quicker for everyone! You know what to do!!

We'd also like to make a fantasy SPFL but it all depends on time and other demands away from PES. this is the dream though

Lessening the teams in the 20 team fake leagues will give us "spare" fake teams, we'd like your ideas on which other teams we could make to fill these up. Preferably from Europe, unless there are any major teams missing from SA or Asia!

We cant, and wont, promise all of this on day one but you can expect to see these added to the basic Option File as time progresses.

 

I prefer Glen The Magpie's OF's to be honest, the kits look a lot better and more detail is put into the players faces and stats and also the stadiums. WENB are good for a quick fix while GTM gets his first OF release out

 

Are the WENB option files available for xbox or is it just ps3? I normally use the daymos/OPE option file because the badges/kits are different class, plus the amount of faces they add are amazing.

 

Daymos has the best OF in my opinion

 

I think they are good for a day 1 update and i normally keep it until the scottish teams from pesfan are released. I like to make a English premiership with a division 2 made up of Scottish teams and work my way up when that comes out.
