Rip outs and renovations are a * to price. Theres so much unforseen * that can get thrown up. Its my line of work and can be a mine field to price. Do you now them whos pricing it? Youve did most the rip out which is the easy part. How old is the house?

    Rip outs are a disaster.
Whatever your budget is , add about another 100% on top of that.

Did one the start of this year. The house was a disaster. 15mm screeds ontop of sand on top of see through plastic sheeting ontop of 6-10 inch limestone. Soon as i broke one with the kangoo, there was a small sink hole. I had to jump out of he way as i thought i was going with it. Was only a few ft but at the time i thought i was going to end up in australia haha. Dont know how the * it lasted all them years. I could pull the blocks out with my hands when making an opening for an exterior double door. One doesnt know what theyll find when doing up old houses. Have even seen an electrician put 2 wires through a chimney i was repairing. Will try and find the pics i have of it. Shocking stuff!

That’s there’s no difference between Red, Yellow & Green peppers.. just different stages of ripeness..

Brilliant fact. Definitely taste different in each stage. I love green peppers out of them all. Especially on pizza.
