Today I was wiring my dash cam reverse camera up to my reverse lights so it comes on when I go into reverse.

Today I learned dont leave your keys in the boot. When the alarm goes off when you close the boot, you really can't get your only set of keys back until the AA man appears :56:

The total of Russian soldiers on the Ukraine border are the same total of Celtic fans that were at Hampden when we played Leeds in the semi - final 1970.
    I was there. 100,000

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the date of "modern" medicine (ie when it's practitioners became scientists rather than barbers etc) was approx 1848.

Mind you, I didn't learn that today so mods... ban me.

Something I did learn today (or rather, I first rationalised something this way today)...

I'm probably being naive, but I always thought people would adjust their views in accordance with the objective facts as they happen. Not any more...

There are people out there who insist on perceiving all situations and events through an ideological prism - to the extent that the prism becomes more important than the facts, and the facts must therefore be distorted until they can be clearly viewed through the prism.

Yes, I've been talking online to Americans about Trump...
