Needed to win the game, was listening to the radio. A huge sigh of relief when Hooper scored. What a player:icon_mrgreen:

I can already see the headlines tomorrow - "Hooper goal sparks riots against the poppy"

 

what i want to point out here is, what Celtic player was doing any better than Juarez, up to the time the subs came on, and i am of the believe, Juarez, would have had a better game if it was maloney who was subbed, i have a excuse for Juarezs lack of games, but i have none for maloneys state of play, so lighten up glad Sammy was not there, as the ref awarded to many fouls, and Sammy would have been on his * most of the game.

There's no excuse for Maloney mate....he was absolute garbage(once again)

And why the * is he captain?

Maloney's been pretty good this season but his form has certainly dipped in the last couple of games. The decision to make him captain is a joke though I have to say. Maloney's never a captain.

probably ki's best game this season. maloney wasnt that good, but wasn't * like you said. and doesnt need to get a grip.

you need to though mate. either that or watch the full match highlights and focus on watchin ki

 

"That wee *" has been consistently excellent for us this season. The fact that in the last couple of games, when his form has finally dropped, we have really struggled, just underlines how much we rely on him.

 

Well see if that was Ki's best game of the season mate, we'd be aswell just handing the title to the huns.

I'm not saying he was the worst player on the park(certainly may have looked worse because he was playing with Juarez).....but certainly wasn't as good today as he has been.....

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be seeing the sae comments about him if we had lost today!

Not a good performance today no doubt about it. The subs I thought were decisive for us. Murphy changed things up front and opened them up a bit for us while McGinn and McCourt on the flanks were much more effective and dangerous when they came on. With of course McCourts brilliance at the by line setting up the winner for Hooper. Not a great performance but a good gritty win nonetheless and credit to Celtic for getting after it right to the end.

he and maloney with ten minutes to go, stepped it up, put pressure on them. watch it again mate, im sure it'll change yer mind. maloney wasnt the best but did step it up with ten minutes to go, Ki was consistant..

 

couldn't get a ticket for the celtic end for this one, so we got tickets for the st mirren end, right beside the main celtic support. so, here i was, sat there the full game with a jacket zipped right up so you couldn't see my away celtic top, trying not to shout for the full game. then came the 92nd minute, and gary hooper scores the late winner. it wasn't until then that i realised how many celtic supporters were in the support over here because we all started going mental and running down to the front. as you'd think, the st mirren fans that were there were going mental, and were looking for a fight. a few of them were arrested because they were trying to fight with some of our fans. one guy had to be wrestled to the ground by police and stewards because he was trying to fight.

so, does anyone have a gif of the home support just beside the celtic support? i saw in the gif earlier on showing the goal, you could see the celtic fans in the st mirren support jumping up.
