So what did Stokes do? Change his shirt after the silence.

Presumably if other's had such issues with wearing the 'special' shirts they would have done the same or something similar. It could possibly be argued that the issue of giving the player individual choice of wearing it can be put to bed- if none of our current team did what Stokes did.

    Hello

I work at St Mirren so I was sitting in the St Mirren end today. Don't think it was Celtic's best performance, but their composure on the ball and some of Izaguirre and Maloney's link up play in the first half were impressive, Ki had a brilliant game too. Like a lot of people said; in the final third we weren't up to much, but other than that they played well - except Juarez done hee haw.

After the game Brian Caldwell, St Mirrens general manager, was saying the club are putting in a complaint 'cause when the fans ran on to celebrate the goal they broke one of the advertising boards in half.

it the result that count after all is said and done , Ki easily the best for us and if he can play more like he did in the last 20min for more of games he will be undroppable, he grabbed it by the scruff the lad and kept us pushing for the winner:50:

juarez was not as bad as some are making out but he could of been a whole lot better, but did anyone else notice during the line up for the silence and the huddle
he have a stern face and would not link arms around the shoulders with the rest of the lads even in the huddle , that for sure show me something is not right with him,

he just hunch over with his hands on knees in our huddle while the lads all link arms over shoulders as usual , i have an issue with that :97: it the huddle for jaysus sake, looking like an attitude thing at the minute or someone has upset him, still no excuse to not be fully part of the huddle or is that just me:52:

It was only after he was subbed , as soon as he left the pitch he took the shirt off , not after the silence or huddle..
All the players including the subs wore the shirts during the game..

For me MOTM was Ki, everything went through him all the passing and set up play and some of his pass's were out of this world complete class.

Was Stokesy a little * about being subbed?

It's crap but you have to accept it and just give Lennon a reason NOT to sub you.

Everybody has been subbed at some point.

I thought Ki played well. Maloney was *. That's a few games now he's looked poor. We didn't play that well but still got the win which is all that matters. Can't play well every game but we should still be getting 3 points.

Listened to the game on the radio yesterday, so just seen the goal. I thought Paddy was brilliant the way he made the space to put the ball into the danger area. Brilliant! Hooper did do what he is paid for by netting it but I have got to say that I am really pleased with the way he deals with pressure situations like that. He has the predatory instincts that you cannot coach and I think he is going to be a fantastic striker for us.
Fasten your seat belts though, because I think that this season is going to be a bumpy ride!!!

More I see of Hooper the more impressed I am. Good to have a striker who is always in the right place.

Maybe it had something to do with the partying after Mexico was there no a couple of transvestite their, maybe there was a big drunken mistake there, that would definitely put me off my game and definitely wouldnae want any contact with any man huddle or not, just a thought?

Ki has been very impressive for me last 5 or 6 games, hes harder than i thought and his composure and passing is sublime (especially when he played McGinn in) Obviously i think he works better with someone like Ledley or Brown beside him to add a bit of armor. Juarez was a major let down, he didn't really push forward it was as if him and Ki were playing the same role and when he neshed that tackle that was it for me. Ledley/Brown would have not backed out.

Big shoutout for super hooper, hes been very unlucky the past 2 games and a lot of decisions have gone against him by officials especially when he tries to hold the ball up. Despite all that hes still there in the right place at the right time. Think we've got a gem.

I felt Neil got it wrong picking Cha over McGinn, we had no real penetration until he brought him and McCourt on. Maloney was poor until he was played in the middle and i thought he upped his game.
