I just do not get why he's back. I'll give him credit for being very good financially etc but why come back when you know everyone * hates him towards the end? No wonder him and Rodgers don't get on...egomaniacs. * off Peter and let Celtic grow!

 

Until he and his clueless son are gone as well as Desmond we shall never improve as a club for Europe.

 

I supported the guy and the board long after many had turned against then based on the fact we was winning games and leagues even in Europe i was willing to accept that to make a mark in the CL (could) cost money we simply didnt have and we have seen what europe has done to a few dream chasers over the years. But * me we have sunk to a new low this last few years, never thought i would see us with 70+ million in the bank and the window brought us a 3 million buy and 4 months loan. They have lost the * plot,if the money is being kept for something just * tell us so we can accept and move on. Yet again we are kept in the dark despite being the people who fund and keep the club alive.
Unless we rip the club to bits financially we are trapped and they know it.

 

Has anyone on here ever dealt with Peter Lawwell on a one-to-one basis?

 

Was the highest paid employee at the club, during a time when there was a wage structure for players...

 

Often wonder what can be done to remove both Lawwells and honestly cannot think of any method the fanbase can take up. Any way of collecting signatures demanding their resignations!? If so, how does that get arranged and issued?

 

Stop paying your money to the club. It's the only thing they understand (board and shareholders).

 

I was thinking the same thing the other day. Maybe organisers of supporters clubs and fan groups could get together and write an open letter demanding Lawwell leave.

Could then maybe use Survey Monkey or something to allow season ticket holders to 'sign' it by entering their name, ST number and seat privately. That would mean the club could verify all the signers were genuine and they couldn't just dismiss it.

Then send a copy of the letter to the stock exchange, along with a complaint from shateholders about nepotism. Celtic's company vehicle is a PLC listed on the London Stock Exchange. I'd imagine an official accusation of employees using the company to enrich family members at the expense of shareholders, would make some people's lives difficult.
