Pearo would be my long term replacement.
He has never let the side down. -
he's played a handful of games since he joined us and he's better on the wings, i prefer a strong tackeler and someone who can win high balls in the middle of the park.

Pearo is 6ft and was inspirational in our defeat of Barca 2 years ago.
Perfect imo. -
exactamondo i'd like to see him getting back in the side instead of thomo i don't think he has what it takes to play in the middle of the park.

Pearo was a regular for a very successful 6 months or so.
Injuries and a fall out with the old management hulted his progress.

Would like to see Pearo back in the first team, would keep Lennon, and replace Thommo on the left. Pearson doesn't have Thommo's delivery, but then again neither has Thommo recently. His pace could be areal asset, especially the way the team are playing just now. IMO, Thommo's on borrowed time, Pearson is the future of the club, but I trust Strachan's judgement on where and when he will play Pearson.
