Anyone got any idea what this is? It keeps popping up and supposidly scanning stuff on my laptop and saying quite a lot of stuff isn't working properly or something.

Not sure if its a virus or whatever, any ideas?

Its a virus. Scan your computer in safe mode with malwarebytes and that should pick it up.

Rogue anti virus, the guys who made this software make it so your computer is * they'll supposedly scan it with, you'll see loads of errors. Say clean it then they'll send you to their site where you have to pay for it. Just find the file in program files and delete it in safe mode.

Scan it with Maleware bytes and aslo download cc cleaner and run that to clean up your computer from stored caches and temp files.
