Absolutly yes. But in the beginning of his Spartak's career he was under the pressure by football experts for his unstable perfomance. But now he is one of the most reliable defenders in league.

we are second in the league 5 points behind the leader Rubin
but we have been playing a much worse football than you saw a parkhead last year.
we'll see after the break, but normally its autumn when we play our best football

Rubin is the first after 11 games, after the break i think, that they will go down in the table. At the begining of the season we always have strange leaders (for example Torpedo or FC Moskva).
In 2003 Rubin finished 3rd, and now they have some good players (Sergey Semak (our natinal team captain), Karadeniz (Turkey national team player).

    Thanks mate,I understand now

I hope you don't mind all the questions but I'm just very interested in world football. Can I ask how Maxi Lopez is doing for FC Moscow? We were linked with him last summer but he went to Russia instead.

    OK, friend.

At the begining of his russian career he looks good, he was a dangerous striker. But in the winter break FC Moskva has changed head coaches, and now Maxi has some problems with Oleg Blokhin. Now Lopes plays rarely, and his perfomance leave much to be desired, thats why there are many rumors, that Maxi will be sold.

P.S. Other FC Moskva's argentinian players (Maxi Morales, Pablo Barrientos) are in the same situation.

I moved to Moscow about 18 months ago from Scotland and have noticed a massive change in Russian football mainly due to new money being poured into the game by New rich Chairmen who want to do an Abromovich at Chelsea and have there own club. Last years winners Zenit will not win this year as they will lose Arshavin after the Euro 2008 and he is their driving force. Pav has only really broke through to the Russian top flight and looks slimmer now and as such has improved greatly. He is the Russian pin up footballer. There are many good Russian internationals who would improve our team and a few foreign players playing in Russian football who would too.

Rumour had it that Ferguson was interested in him for ManUre and also lots of interest in Arshavin especially if they lose Ronaldo to Real Madrid for a mere 60 million.

Do you know what is the situation with Kolodin and Ignashevich, could Celtic get one of them maybe?

Kolodin is a good defender, he plays much better, than he looks at Euro. Celtic has all chances to get him.
Ignashevich is a stable player, he is a leader on the pitch. His shoot is more powerfull than Kolodin's, his penalty kicks are untakable. But there are many rumours, that Ignashevich is going to Zenit.

Zenit?? *, they will reign the CL if they get him. And their defense already looks immense. Škrtel was their best, until he went to Liverpool. Would Celtic benefit from the Koreans of Zenit, Kim Dong-Jin and Lee Ho? We need players on these exact positions.

Both koreans are good, they are workable horses (like any asian player). But at present, they don't have enough match time, thats why Celtic will get them easy.

If they not getting games at Zenit what makes them good enough for Celtic?

Sorry but would not take that risk
