Used Lustig like a decoy?? That * has been kidding on he's a right back for two years. Slow as * and his positional sense is * shocking. That said the sitter he missed was a * disgrace

 

That's relevant to nothing I said. It was an instance where Roberts made the wrong decision.

 

Wasn't that when he was in an offside position and johansen still persisted to play the ball to him maybe I'm wrong but that's the way it looked

saying is correct. In front of the main stand Johansen was running down the park on the break & the only ball open to him was Roberts & he didn't even make the run. I nearly lost my voice shouting at him. Roberts wasn't offside

In any other game I would be putting that away. It just came to me and I hit the side-netting. I was distraught.

Said it before but he really, really needs to vary his play more, I know being left footed his first instinct if he is playing on the right is to cut inside but he cannot do this on every single occasion or the opposition are going to get wise to it very quickly, he lost the ball a number of times in the second half yesterday when we had good open counter attacks because he won't try to take the full back one on one down the line, instead on each occasion he came inside and immediately lost possession.

 

He's not needed, let's go with the boys we have already.

Tbh, he was fkn rotten yesterday, the worst miss ever from a Celtic player in an old-firm game.

Wallace had him every time, in his pocket, constantly trying to cut inside time and time again.

We don't need him, we ain't qualifying for CL, no matter who is in charge unless the most incredible team transfer turnaround of any team in the world happens, which it won't, so go with our own homegrown players.

Patrick Roberts isn't going to be the difference between us winning the league or not next season.

 

One of the worst misses of all time honestly, disgrace how he managed to miss it he had a few seconds to take it in while running up to it and the goal wide open.

Overall I thought he played well though and was our best attacking player, seemed to easily have the beating of Tavernier and Wallace but should have had a few more shots at goal, seemed to get past them then keep running and then lay it off when he could have been shooting.

 

Obviously a good footballer, but tried to hard to correct his miss. Hogged the ball and became too predictable.

The look on his face at the final whistle said it all. Probably the most devastated look on the pitch. Really feel for him and Rogic today with Tierney and Erik..

If you're going to be greedy then you have to score like griff...otherwise pass the * thing.

 

Bags of potential, but certainly a lot to learn from.

Needs to see a pass sooner, improve his crossing and learn to drive to the goal line rather than attempting to cut it in.
