Surely if it's for 18 months that means 18 months?

No one would make loan deals if they would just come and take them back when they pleased I would imagine.

 

I'm not a big fan of loans but there is a logic behind this maybe. Imagine he did help us qualifyfor the CLs? That would be a chunk of money. Not the same as signing a Victor or VVD and making a profit but it's maybe the next best thing.

Plus he's meant to be very exciting to watch.

 

I don't no Klopp seems to have recalled a lot of Liverpool players since he came in

 

Pep won't do that though if he thinks he's going to get Euro experience with us. He'll trust Ronny too I'm sure.

Didn't know Klopp did that. I would think twice about loaning a player from Liverpool then but maybe he was bringing back Brendan Rogers guys. He joined on short notice so probably didn't know much about anyone. I have a feeling Pep would have been consulted on this. Ronny would have made sure this is water tight. Trying to convince myself here.

 

He brought his own players he had managed in the reserves through at Barca, but he's actually not been that good at bringing youngsters in slowly. It's been a complaint at Bayern actually.

Looks just like a carbon copy of Messi in these YouTube vids the ways he runs, build everything!

I like these type of loan deals. Players we cant afford at all, yet we get them for 18 months. If they turn out amazing, they'd be sold in 18 months anyway. Mays well use them to get us through the qualifiers.

 

With a name like Patrick he's bound to become a Celtic legend.
