A move to a diddy EPL team would be a huge mistake. In fact it could ruin his career.

Look at Sinclair at Aston Villa. If you opt for an EPL team that's battling to stay in the EPL or even mid-table then you're not going to see much of the ball.

He'd be better signing for us for three years and then moving on. He's still only a wean.

I think he'd be better with us too, but that doesn't mean it's going to happen. I'm resigned to him leaving.

I hope Sinclair and Brendan can talk some sense into him.

He's very talented and IMO could easily be a regular starter for one of the 'big 5' teams four or five years down the line if he manages his development correctly.

PR on his season highlight: “Every game has been a big highlight. We have kept our run going & been phenomenal really. No specific moments."

PR on his fav. goal: "I liked the one away at City but I have enjoyed the season thoroughly, not over yet & want to finish off in style."

PR: "You can see from the table we have dominated this season. The players have been unbelievable and whoever wins it is fully deserving."

PR on club v country conundrum: "Playing for club & country are both proud achievements, will speak to gaffer, people at FA & my agents."

PR: "Playing for your country & we have treble to win and the unbeaten run, but I will be happy to play wherever I am playing."

Hoping the English FA see what he can achieve here within that last week and how thats not something he'll (probably) do ever again. At the same time I think they value him highly in that squad.

Wherever he ends up I wish him nothing but the best. Tremendous wee player and an outstanding attitude from the minute he walked in.

Id love to see Roberts stay but he's not and people need to accept that. Also yes 95% of clubs in England are diddy compared to us but he is an Englishman and he would walk into teams like Brighton, Burnley, Hull, Swansea ect ect so I can see City loaning him to one of those teams to see how he does in the premier league and I don't blame them, he will be class where ever he ends up.

He'll sign on loan again near end of window when not in City plans and we are heading to the UCL proper... :60:

Disregarding money, imagine playing for a club like Bournemouth, Brighton, Hull or a club of that ilk after playing for Celtic, particularly after the season we've had. It would have to be a serious come down.

At his age, the best place for him next season is Celtic.
