Team's looking great. - Especially when you consider that Commons and Lustig are both out. Arguably the most depth we've had since Strachan.

 

With Commons out, I would start both Mackay-Steven and Armstrong. Forrest was very poor against Dundee, and Stokes has been poor the last two games. So neither can have any complaints if they miss out tonight.

 

Exact same team I'd go with.

 

I reckon we should give Johansen a rest either tonight or on the weekend, he's too important for the Inter game, plays almost every match and never stops.

I would try and kill both games off and then look at bringing boys off mate.

 

I like the idea but our squad is there to be used, we may as well.

 

True, but we are in great form at the minute mate. I would rather keep the winning mentality going. That isn't to say we wouldn't win our next two games by resting players of course, but we are still in a title race at the minute, and I would have the best possible X1 starting the next two games. If we have the chance to bring guys off and give them a rest during the game, then even better. If we had a points cushion then I would maybe agree, but we are level with Aberdeen as things stand, now isn't the time to be resting players in my opinion. It done us absolutely no favours earlier in the season, after we ended up losing up at Inverness, and then at home to Maribor.

 

Aye, that is a good point. With Commons and Lustig already out it may be a step too far resting another key player in Johansen.

 

Really hoping Mackay-Steven and Armstrong play tonight.

 

Reckon 1 might get a start and Henderson to start as well..

 

Hope it's a good game tonight. Gutted to be working so highlights at 1am my only option. Hope Armstrong starts

I don't think Mackay-Steven is playing from the start today... but in the second half, when it's 3:0 Celtic, he will be substituted in.
