He is a very skillfull, intelligent player. I was joking with my mates when he came on i said to them "he will come off the bench and skin 3 players and score":50:

No embarrassment to be an impact sub one of the best managers of the present day did it for years up at Manchester United with Ole Gunner Solskjar and Paddy can fulfil that role really well.

i criticised mccourt before the season really began saying that he shouldnt be in the team as he physically isnt up to it. have to say that so far the man is proving me wrong, couple of decent goals so far from him, hope he keeps it up.

And the funny thing about it is that he makes it look so easy when he scores like that

he's never going to be playing every game every week for celtic he's just not a good enough footballer. a few brilliant goals but his all round play is pretty poor. He's lazy and doesn't try and win the ball back or track back
so the fact that forrest and Maloney are our wingers is just fine for me.

yip. even at a comfortable 2-0 the place just lifted when he came on yesterday as if we were losing and he would be the man to turn it around.credit has to go to WGS for spotting him

He gets the ball, can pass it to another player if needed, take a player on if needed and score goals if needed.

We have 10 outfield players on the park and not all of them have to be defenders, we do need creative players out their as well, is he as good as our other creative players? I think so.

Do we put him on from the start, I don't think so. Don't try and fix what is not broken and all that.

One thing for sure, he knows how to play and to say he is not a good enough footballer is being pretty unfair to him.

can tell you all for a FACT,Mc court loves the * ARMY CHANT,that's from his own lips.gets him p every time.
paddy is a special case,if he can't defend but scores on a regular basis or just sets up as many then thats how we must play him,let another with pace cover his mazy runs.

hail hail paddy PELE Mc court

sorry mate but that is bollox, brown plays every game(enough said),maloney has nightmare spells, forrest is young and will get better, but experience and age are against him,so weighing things up against this, i would say paddy should get a run to see how he would do.
like any player,a run in the team only makes you better, sorry brownie again,(exception).then we will see how good or average he is

Id like Lenny to give McCourt the first half and Forrest the 2nd half of games because I dont want Forrest to be playing to much because of the expectation and McCourt tires in games so thats what id do thoughts??

Can we fit Maloney, McCourt and Forrest all into the one team? I think we can but we'd need two DMs and one Striker like the German formation in the World Cup. In saying that, Muller and Podolski tracked back a lot where you wouldn't expect that from McCourt or Forrest.

I would try this for the home games anyway certainly.
