    I believe we are trying to address this and I think BR said about getting something done after PR came back. It's just like hysteria for the sake of it. If nothing materialises tomorrow then I believe people have the right to question it. But I think we will get 2 more.

    Ntcham is the only real quality addition, compared to last season. I know we got Paddy but he was here.

    In my opinion, we should have been looking for 2 or 3 players of Ntcham's quality if we want to keep progressing in Europe.

    Why should it be left a day before the window shuts and not before the important CL qualifiers? We've only signed 1 person permanently for the first team going by this window. Even then he is still a young prospect.

    I could be a * and say "some * are never happy" and what not...but credit to the OP.

    He, like the rest of us, wants this club to reach its FULL potential, on and off the field.

    However as much as progress is "demanded" from ourselves it should be measured with caution.

    I dont mean to disparage the OP but this isn't Championship Manager 03/04. Dermot Desmond isnt giving us billions because he's a greedy * who doesn't care and Peter Lawwell isn't some Darth vader character sitting on deathstar money because he wants a new sofa for the conservatory.

    We are developing well, on and off the field. Our name is ringing out in Europe again and our FUTURE is secure... in probably the most insecure league in Europe.

    Buying players is a myriad of fuckery. At last we are not buying promises of potential, but betting on potential.

    If anything should be learned from our signing policy it is this.... "They died chasing LIONS."

    End of rant.

    Some of the biggest and most powerful modern day club's are waiting to do their business until the last minute because the market is ridiculously difficult....and in our case, as it get's sillier, thing's can open up more for club's like us looking for bargains and loan's..

    ntcham is the only improvement on last years team ,1 position on the field has been strengthened .
    Getting Roberts back has only plugged the massive hole he left for another year.
    even without the injuries we have had in defence we should have been looking for an upgrade a long time ago and we need a new keeper

    You are posting this and you know it's a load of waffle. No offence mate. But transfer deadlines allow you to sign up until that deadline. We don't waste money until we qualify because it is one of our biggest bargaining tools to target a better standard.

    Not saying id be against a european quality centre back coming in but some people are just never happy with our team.

    We've been wrecked with injuries this summer and all them players are due back in the next couple of weeks. We get them back I am more than happy with this team.

    A European class centre mid and Paddy was what I wanted in this window. we got them.
