Three questions for the board

Given the all summer we've known that at the very least we'd have Europa League group stages, can the board tell us how much Uefa would have let us spent and how that compares to what we did spend.

Given that Uefa allowed us to sign two wingers after out CL exit, why did they not allow us to sign them earlier and increase our chances of making the CL group stages.

What have you got to say to fans that think the cash reserves are irrelevant, not because of Uefa, but because you're a bunch of * who treat the fans with contempt, as your recent statement has demonstrated.
