Glad we didn't spend 2mil on this guy, he looks good but 2mil and only getting 70% of his next transfer fee did sound high.

Wouldn't mind him for 1.5 and 100% of his next transfer fee, though.

 

Hope we get him for less than 2million dont think he is worth that at the moment and we should be able to get them to lower the price by playing hard ball well done the celtic board for not taking any of their pish

He is definitely a good player, and there is a slight chance he will be worth a lot of money in the future. But for now, I think he is still to much of an unknown. 2M Pounds for him, and surely for 70% of him is just too much of a risk.

If you would have asked me the same question about Biram a year ago, I would have definitely said he is worth it. I don't remember the exact fee Biram was sold for from M.Haifa, but i'm sure it was less than 2M Pounds. The same about Refaelov, who was rumored as a prospect- a great proven player, who I'm sure would have done great if he'd sign. Club Brugge and it's fans will get a lot of enjoyment from him this coming season.

Regarding his clubs president, Amos Luzon- a lot of people might say a lot of things about him, and his brother, Avi, Chairman of the IFA. One thing you can not say is that they are stupid. Amos is a sharp buissnesman, and i'm sure he will eventually get what he wants, be it from Celtic, or any other club. Avi is moving Israeli football forwad, and he is also part of the UEFA Executive Committee and did a lot of work so we will host the 2013 U-21 EURO.

And finally, as poeple said, according to Israeli press the deal is completley dead- according to our press due work permit issues, and due to Luzon saying people gave Celtic official bad reviews about him in recent days. I don't believe none of it. I'm sure the ture story is the one with the fee- no one has agreed 2M and he went on ant told the press. I don't think Celtic were ever preapred to pay that fee.

In any case, I'll keep following Biram and the club. Thanks to him, Celtic got a lot of new fans in Israel, who I am sure will even keep following after he leaves.

How have I made a judgement? I'm just wondering how you can not rate him just from looking at a compilation, especially one that shows him playing really well.

I haven't said he'd be a good or bad signing just based on those videos.

I didn't say he was a good or bad player though. I just said he looked great in them, so I was wondering how ourdaywillcome could hope he wouldn't come just based on that.

 

the african kid is signing for hoffenheim if he impresses on trial and their chairman has already said he will only negotiate with us if hoffenheim pass on the player

 

It's not that I don't rate him, I'm just going on my gut feeling and what the Israeli's are saying about him.

Ie over priced and not as good as Shechter.
