I don't think we can rely on him after last season. He has an attitude problem for sure.

Maybe Ange can get him to work but it seems unlikely.

To be frank, even if he did put the effort in he's proven to be inconsistent over a period of time. I don't think we can rely on him over the course of a season. One particularly half arsed performance at Ibrox sticks in the memory, where he was literally strolling around the centre of the pitch while everyone else was running.

The * is out of options, and looking to bust a gut for 6 months to put himself in the shop window again.

    He can get to *.

I'm guessing the situation will be complicated by the board wanting to get something for him so there's pressure on the manager to keep him in the shop window?

If yes, that would be truly unwarranted interference, even if understandable from a financial perspective.

Always sell at the first sign of discontent would be my mantra.

Played like an absolute gimp today. Pathetic effort and shown up by a multitude of youngsters. Get him to * along with Christie and Griffiths.

    * him off. He was the worst player on the field yesterday. Rather have Shaw in the middle of the park then him.

Agree, way too many better options that show way more desire. Just get him out the door. Rotten apple.

Definitely, as much as I don't want him here if he is seriously going to get the head down then he should sign a years extension so if he turns it on we get a fee, doubt he'd be up for that though he will no doubt want to get his stock as high as possible and then sign for another team for free in Jan

That's saying something when you have Ralston on the pitch, to be fair to Ralston he wasn't too bad yesterday

Release for free immediately and then kick his * in as he leaves the stadium for the last time.

I think he's been half-arsing for so long he's actually become a much poorer player.

Loads of players last season couldn't be arsed under the appalling management, but even in that case Ntcham stood out as an exception.

There was talent there at 21 but at 25 now with no consistent run of form I think he's destined for no-mark lower league football and early-ish retirement.

Rather keep him until we actually bring some players in

I wouldn't. He somehow managed to make himself look poor by comparison to Charlton's level of players.

Extending his contract looks solely to have been done with a view to selling him, rather than losing him for nothing, which worked so well with Sinclair...

I get the impression he is calling their bluff now by saying he wants to stay, he's essentially letting them know they have to decide to let him go for whatever they can get now, release him, or they will end up paying him for the year knowing full well they aren't going to get anything for him at the end of it and likely have got no use out of him either.

From being one of our heroes against Lazio in Rome to struggling against Charlton. Big moody * should have a right good look at himself in the mirror - hopefully on his way out the door

Exactly! * has now realised any decent club views him as waste. Eddy would be smart to realise this too, dump in your pond and the water is now sewage.

If Ange gets a tune out of him it won’t last. His attitude is *, so he can go get to * and then some.

I cannot believe we are keeping this * * bag. Should've been binned the moment he downed tools after Moussa left.
