I dont believe we would have got 2-3m for him....he would have ended up bleeding us for another 12months......glad hes gone!

 

We appear have a squad full of people with seemingly appalling attitudes.

Completely agree.
Just astonishing how bad the mood/attitude appears in the camp from the outside looking in.
Its not the minority either.

 

Our recruitment and management of the squad has been a disgrace..

 

The reality is if a player comes, if they do well they don't want to be here more than 2 years, 3 if your lucky unless they are heading to the end of their career. Eddy has been here 4 years and it's obvious that was too long for him. We need to be working hard to have replacements for these players after 2 years. We just haven't done it.

 

Farcical management of the whole situation..

We know their cycle. The rat used to always mention it and yet we have them here longer than they're probably promised....with inadequate replacements lined up, sometimes none at all..

We should've had McGinn in for 2 and Ntcham out for 14 when he spat the dummy. That's our model..

We should've had Edouard out for 30 as soon as he started * and had Toney signed for 10 when he was at the ground..

We should've had a right back lined up from wherever for between 2-5 mill from Eastern Europe or Scandinavia etc when we sold Frimpong and El Hamed for around 13 mill. It isn't like we didn't know they wanted away, Lennon admitted Frimpong wanted away for about 11 week's was it before he finally moved? El Hamed was homesick throughout the whole pandemic as well..

We ended up with Kenny, a diddy on loan for 6 month's..

Absolutely disgusting..

 

Still cannot believe Lenny kept him in the team so long when it was obvious he was just a *. Could say that about a lot of the team this year I suppose.

 

He got dropped pretty quickly this year did he not?
