Some achievement being too lazy for the French.

I can't think of anything as poetic, but 'donner/mettre un coup de pied aux fesses' ('to give [someone] a kick up the *') works.

Heard a story that Lennon went off on one at him the time Edouard never came back because of the Covid and Kennefy had to step in to stop it. Lennon was seemingly made to apologise in front of everyone but as he was leaving mouthed of that Ntcham wouldn't play fir him again

Not much of an apology then.

Not that Ntcham had played for him up until then.

Ahh yes, the abrasive, little Britain, why don’t these foreigners speak English in their home country approach lol.

He was * excellent in the 352 last year. Unfortunately like most things with him it was short lived.

Aye he had a few games here and there but its a problem that started well before Lennon took over.

In hindsight I wish we sold him and Boyata with Dembele that summer and spunked it on a few Eboues and Bayos to add to the collection.

Won't ever slate him as he gave me arguably my best moment inside a stadium watching celtic, in Rome.

Also believe there's still a player there and always has been. But its unlikely to ever be here again.

I can't get on board with "still a player there"

He hasn't kicked a ball for us in two year cause he wanted to leave. Never played for a move or showed anything to suggest he was suitable to play at a higher level. He got his wish in January, got a move to a fairly big club with an option to buy, and has been so * * he's been hooked at half time 3 times already. He's 25, can't get consistent football, and will be behind Turnbull, Soro, and probably Connell next season.

Compare that to Ajer who has been consistently our best player and has played his way to a big move this summer. If any team is silly enough to come in with an offer, no matter how little, we should take it.

Next season is going to be a rough one and we can't afford to carry passengers like him on the wage bill.

Everything I said in my last sentence can apply to a few others in our squad as well, the likes of Bitton and Rogic

Don't necessarily mean there is still a player there for us, I hinted to that in my first post.

But I dont think it is accurate to suggest that he isn't a talented player when on song. Hes not a dud in the form of an Amido Balde or Bangura and some of his best performances for us came in games against Rangers and in Europe.

I disagree that he hasn't kicked a ball in 2 year...this season is a write off but same can be said for far more established players than him. It's been an unmitigated disaster.

Unfortunately his form isn't shown often enough.

Is he mismanaged at Marseille? Was he mismanaged for the bulk of his time under Rodgers?

As much as Lennon had to go. As much as he has to shoulder a large portion of blame in all of this. I cannot help but feel when Lennon come out with that "mitigating circumstances" it would have been with the likes of ntcham in mind. Ntcham should have been ready and capable to play a major role in our midfield this season and he simply wasnt.

Thinking about this joker earlier on. It's only very recently that most people have given up on him, personally I can't fathom why it's took them so long. Been clear as day for a long time his attitude is a disgrace and I really hope there are none who still feel the need to stick up for him.

To quote the great Malcolm Tucker....* waste of skin.
