    Has to be more than £10m for me. West Ham * money like it’s going out of fashion. £15m minimum for me. Any decent replacement will cost £4m plus.

    12-15mill would seem somewhat fair. PL would manage the 15mill though I reckon. Plus sell on fees as he does.

    But he would need replaced.
    He may not be an out and out starter with Brown and McGregor being the pairing, but he is an important part of the match day squad.

    Bown+McGregor and if they take a knock or need a rest, leaves only and unknown Soro, or start playing people our of position again.

    If we can get a quality replacement in before the window closes, I'd be okay with him leaving.

    If we're just going to stockpile the money, I'd rather keep him.

    Ntcham out and Wanyama in on a 6month loan with an (affordable) option to buy?... I'd go fer it. Don't like selling anyone this close to the end of the window so if we do sell we * better have a replacement in mind.
