    A talented player when he puts his mind to it but he's always been inconsistent and worse still he threw the towel in as soon as Dembele left. Petulant, moody players are better off away, they just cause problems out of nothing and irritate the other players. Any club offering £10M or more for him and I'd snap their hand off whilst probably settling for £7or8M towards the end of the window. No takers at that price and I'd punt him on loan somewhere.

    Ntcham lacks far more than just work rate. Christie is far better for me.

    Better teamwork, work rate, decision making, dribbling, concentration for 90 mins, desire, stamina, off the ball movement, link up play, better pressing, has a more positive effect on the players around him.

    Ntcham is ineffective especially if we’re going to insist on playing Brown. Like a pair of statues in there.

    Be lucky to fetch more than 8 million for him now.

    I think he’ll stay one more season as he’s our best centre mid on form and Lawwell, sickened by the Boyata fiasco, won’t want to see pejoration of another big asset.

    I think NtCham’s smart enough to realise he needs to stop sulking and play well consistently to get his move. Another season like his first and he can go for 12+ mill with my blessing and best wishes.
