Olivier Ntcham

  1. Get him to *. His attitude is terrible. He's not a grafter and gives the ball away too often.

  2. Thinks he's better than he is, some of his passing today was Sunday league. If anyone offers us the price we paid, I would take it without hesitation. There's being inconsistent then there's thinking you can just breeze through game's with minimal effort.

  3. If we get an offer of 10 million or more in the summer i'd take it and run, he won't be first choice over Christie next year and it would be nice to have someone actually have heart and battle for that position.

  4. Frustrating player, has glimpes in some games where you think aye this boy looks a pler.

Almost SammyEsque in the way when he isn't at the races you may aswell have a man sent off.

  5. Never been a fan. One of BR'S many bad signings.

  6. I would take anything over what we paid for him.

  7. He has not been a bad signing, his first season he was worth the money we paid and much more, he changed since Moussa has left.

He is not a bad signing more of him having a bad attitude.

  8. Ntcham was the best player in our team for a meaningful period of time. He had it all in his game and almost beat Rangers singlehandedly at the beginning of this season. He then had a poor performance before getting sent off and has pretty much missed the rest of the season through injury. Im not sure if he has even started two games in a row this year?

I remember a lot of the support slaughtering him when he first arrived and saying the very same things that are being said in this thread at present, some of which are embarrassing and some of which are getting to the disgusting stage,.

He needs a run of games and to get some confidence back. He's a class player and needs our support

  9. Has all the ability in the world, but rarely does he show it.

Last season he was majorly inconsistent. One brilliant games, then a couple of mediocre games, then a * game and so on. This season he’s been consistently poor and looks disinterested.

  10. Still needs game time after coming back from that injury

  11. The only way is up after yesterday. Genuine 1/10 performance, brutal.

  12. I wasn't a fan of it but we did * up no getting McGinn..

Christie has softened that but when you see what Ntcham is putting in....we could've had a Tim with energy in abundance and a drive that Ntcham isn't willing to offer..

Scores and set's up quite a lot as well. Christie, McGinn and McGregor wouldn't of been bad at all..

  13. Any midfielder we sign now needs to be the box to box type guy who runs from deep like Christie and Armstrong, we have our deep lying playmaker in McGregor and brown acts as a pivot. Ntcham has been horrendous this season and we should take whatever we can get for him

  14. He’s the type of player a new manager could transform.

  15. Either w 10/10 0r 0/10 there is no inbetween

If I went to work and put in the same effort as ntcham did yesterday I would get a written warning and the player doesn't seem interested anymore since his pal dembele left.

  16. It wasn’t his effort yesterday that was the problem, it was his ability

  17. It’s his desire to show his ability that’s the issue, his actual ability isn’t in question.

  18. I think his technique isnt in question. His ability to execute his technique consistently is a big issue though

  19. This is perfectly demonstrated by his wildly inconsistent shooting.
