We’ll struggle to hold onto him next summer, he’ll be key for us in Europe. Brown, Mulumbu and Ntcham in the middle for our Euro away games, some midfield.

Wasn't totally sure about him for the first few months he was here but he is really good. Definitely going to move on to a higher level of football sooner or later.

What a run practically ran the whole length of the pitch, plus I like his chin :52:

    Big? He's only 5 foot 9!

    :56:

Big... little... medium... whatever - he had a cracking match on Sunday.

Pretty shocked to learn he's 5' 9". He definitely looks bigger than that on the pitch.

What I like about him is he makes football look easier than it is. I mean there are two runs in the derby where he chased back for a ball and it looked like he never broke sweat and the exact same for the goal, that was an incredible run but his body language makes it look like he strolled up the pitch. I guess that was emphasised because big Tam always looks like he's strolling when he's running with the ball.

Really looking forward to his development because what a playmaker he could become.

Aye he definitely seems bigger than he is..

He's wee and no even that stocky but is strong as * and has quite broad shoulders. Used to be a boxer didn't he?

Yet people on here still insist on saying we "don't need" player A because we have player B already whenever someone is linked. If a player becomes available that is a step up from the player currently in that position , he should be bought. It's about raising standards. The Ntcham - Armstrong example is an excellent one.

If the player is worth shelling out for Celtic will pay it as shown with 9m on Edouard and 4.5m on Ntcham because with our model they can't lose money on them given age growth potential and ability.

OLIVIER Ntcham summed up his decisive goal in Sunday’s Glasgow Derby as a ‘special moment’ in his career. The Frenchman’s second-half goal secured a thoroughly-deserved 1-0 win for Celtic at Paradise and capped off another impressive performance from the 22 year-old.

Speaking exclusively to the Celtic View following the win, Ntcham said: “It was a very nice game to play in and to win it was fantastic.

“The atmosphere was very special too. The fans were amazing and I think they knew a goal was coming from the way we were playing.

“We played very well and I think given the way we played we deserved to win the game. We created some very good chances and we could have scored some goals.”

Ntcham’s goal was his fourth competitive goal of the season so far. The Hoops midfielder scored nine during the Double Treble campaign and looks likely to surpass that given his strong start to the season.

“It’s a special moment, it’s always special to score against this team so it’s good,” he said. “It’s been a very good start for me personally and, thankfully, I’ve been able to help the team,” he said.

“It’s been a good end to the week. Our performance has improved with each game and we are feeling very positive and happy.

“To end the week like we have is nice. To have three points is excellent, especially going into the international break.

The way he has started the season if he continues in this vein could well be a contender for player of the year.
