4M sounds a bit too much for him, anything between 2-3M and I would take him.

He's good. Surprised/not surprised in equal measure really. At times he was unplayable for the EDS - powerful, skilful, capable of long rangers and a proper hard working, likeable box to box midfielder...and at other times he was Joey Barton. Frustrating and wayward. That up and down, but it was never through a lack of effort and the ability was clearly there. He's always had an excellent attitude and i'm really not surprised that he's excelling in professional football as he most certainly has the skill set required for it. I was actually pretty positive about him moving to Italy as i thought he'd impress with his direct approach in that league, and he seemingly loves it. Caught about a game and a half of his at Genoa so far and was a very positive attacking presence in each.

I actually was really impressed with his (very) brief cameo in that post season friendly v Toronto. He wasn't nervous and passive like most kids and was demanding the ball of Aguero, and he's tough. Very. Fingers crossed this is the start of a very good thing.

So this is the guy Rodgers was talking about? How underwhelming. I mean, he looks promising, but not the sort of player I was expecting.

I think its because his comments only half describe the guy. Like the actual attributes appear to match him but the good money, good pedigree dont really match him.

I can see what you're saying but to be honest mate, it's probably only because most of us don't know too much about him..

He looks really good in those clips though and Brendan will be thinking (if this is legit) he can work with this boy and make him a star..

Looks like *'s would bounce off him and his skill looks very good for a good big boy as well..

I'd prefer this kinda signing to say Lucas where we'd get 2 year's top whack and astronomical wages. Lucas really good in his role which Broony has excelled in so would prefer a more all rounder which this guy looks..

You never know though, we've been spoon fed pish on here all summer now..

Would say he does have a decent pedigree, 2 seasons performing well in a quality league, and before that highly regarded as a youth player.

    Yeah you're probably right.

My hope was that it would be someone like Pasalic. I didn't believe those rumours but I thought it would be someone with maybe a similar sort of CV.

But on this guy, he does look good. Like you said, looks like a tank and has good feet and an eye for a pass.

You must just have something wrong with you then. They're style isn't even remotely similar.
