Maloney should have defended better at the goal, Davis was his man and he let the * run right past him

 

today was a mixture of bad luck with team selection and some bad refereeing decisoins o,dea is not a left-back and could not get up to put in a good cross hence the straight swap with naylor.
maloney had to start as mcgeady has not performed at ibrox and if we start mcgeady
then bring shaun on and he brakes down then we have used a sub for nothing.
then i honestly thing we could have had 3 pens bougerra on skippy whittaker on skippy and dailly on skippy or jan that said it is not over yet.

 

Bollox. Rangers are ugly but got to a Uefa final about 11 months ago, something that the Eck teams MON lost too couldnt dream of. They are an effective team even though they are limited. Today was a classic example of how that style can work. We use it ourselves against far better teams at home in the CL and it often works. Were you screaming for MON's head when he lost twice to inferior Rangers sides on the last day. That is probably the worst possible scenario here. Personally I think we can still win the league because Rangers will draw. We need to really rack up the goal difference in the next few. Rangers style will make it much more difficult for them to do that. Also, Rangers away form is very bad.

Naylor isnt exactly the best at going forward,and as you said we needed to attack,so why swop a lb for a lb.

 

Neither team deserved a penalty in my opinion.

Disagree with that. Both those Rangers teams were far better in a footballing sense than the present team and it certainly applies to McLeish's side. They at least went out on the park looking to attack.

As for averages, they mean nothing in the hear and now. This league should have been won a long time ago and should never have got to this stage. That has nothing to do with glory hunting. That has to do with the fact we were far ahead of our 2nd place and from being in that position you would expect us to get stronger, not weaker.

We have been getting consistently worse this season and there's only so many times you can blame injuries. We keep getting told we have a wealth of talent but they're all going square arsed sitting on benches, despite the fact (according to you) many of our first team are being played injured. That is a management problem, pure and simple. We've also just been afforded the luxury of a 2 week break in the sun due to the fact we were put out the Scottish Cup by a team who should not even get near us!

As for substitutions today, they were shocking. How Crosas was allowed to take the field for the second half is beyond me. Paddy McCourt must be wondering just what he has to do to get a chance in this side.

 

Agree with Gunt, we were so one sided today it was unbelievable ! Everything was through Hinkel and Naka ! OD just does nothing going forward, wee Shaun was clearly not fit enough ! To leave Aiden out was a shocker for me ! He terrifies them ! With them playing 4-4-2 it was open enough for him to get the space he needs. We bring him on , then persist in lumping it forward ? Why ? That is food and drink to their CB's. Yes Hartley is not the quickest, but he never stops working, for me it should have been Robbo for Crosas. But i'm convinced they will drop points, they have ridden their luck for too long, mind you if they get Thomson reffing every game they are laughing !

You cannot play passengers in a game like this. Maloney - a joke, Crosas - a joke, Venegooor -finished, Hartley - finished. They were all shocking. Naka tried but he is finished as well. Where was Flood?, Robson?? All the so called midfield names that were "going to help win us the league".

"The worst Rangers team for 50 years" - what does that make us then???? * disgrace -WGS is a joke. Dropping Aiden was a gift to them. His time was up last season and he should have gone then.
