What a mean is we can play a higher line up the park, Something we never would do away from home in europe, we can take more risks and throw more players forward than usual. because of the opposition havent got players like ronaldo, carzola, pires, rooney, who are masters at counter attacking football

We did 4-4-2 vs the best team in the world, why would we go 4-5-1 ? :S Just go out there and take the game to them, we're more than capable of scoring, naka,brown,samaras,skippy are in form and our fullbacks are playing like pros as of late too.

I do believe if we go for it we will win it, WGS for probably the first time will try to win an away game, theres someone in that team destined to be a hero.

Id like to see mcgeady and maloney on the wings, such a threat they pose together.

 

Wouldn't go 4-4-2 from the start.As we all know we've been a disaster away from home in the CL and the last thing we need is to concede an early goal.Keep it tight and we have the quality to nick a goal or two.

I think that team has enough attacking potential score and a reasonable amount of height.Really nervous about this...would be sickening to go out of Europe so soon.I think it'll end up as a draw.

 

I can't wait to see that * face tomorrow night at 9:30, after that Rangers comment, that's got me fired up.

I've just read through this entire thread and the more I read the more confident I began to feel about tonight.
I cannot wait until I'm sitting in the pub with a nice cold beer waiting to cheer on the team.
I really want this whole 'no wins away in the Champions League' thing to disappear. I hate it with a passion. I don't like Aalborg either and I hope we give them a right good stuffing.

 

McGeady is fit

I think we really have to go for this one, 5 in midfield is a no-no

Not only that, i think we need to sacrifice Hartley and Robson, for some attacking flair

play Naka in the centre jst behind the strikers.

McManus is liability in Europe, when he isn't playing against average SPL players he is shown up for what he is, a useless donkey.
