Just back from the game. We were better in the 1st half especially in terms of creating chances. We could have been 3 or 4-0 up by half time with a bit of luck. Most of our players had a comfortable game. Hinkel was to blame for their goal and Scott Brown was rightly having a go at him for it. 3 points in the bag. Lets hope we can do this.

Btw, the Green Brigade had a banner about thanking John Clark. What did the rest of it say?

Crosas seemed to dissapear again. McDonald got into the right areas and then done nothing.

McGeady found joy on the left.

And we looked comfortbale until they scored and it was like they were waiting for the 2-2 scoreline.

What I can gather from seeing some at my work.

But a win will do and if Dundee Utd are up for it they can easily take ponts off of that mob.

    Good result with Hearts too.

They've got every reason to thank him. Total Celtic man. And a nice guy as well.

The most important thing about last night for me was getting the 3 points but when we went 2 nil up i thought we should have pushed for a couple more, once Utd scored we fell back and invited their pressure onto us. For the last 20 mins or so i kept thinking to myself 'Dont od this again Celtic'. I was * it!

I dont like to criticise the usual lot but apart from a cracking cross in the 2nd, Naylor was * awful, surely his days are numbered.
Also Sammy, up until his goal, he couldnt control the ball or pass it 10ft infront of him. He's so infuriating cause has 2 sides to him, the guythat was top goalscorer in the league and then theres the big donkey we see more often than not.:31:

I thought there was a better atmosphere last night for a midweek game and considering the amount of empty seats. Well dont everybody for getting behind the lads after saturday:50:

BROWN:7.5 what a difference his drive and determination make.
    CROSAS:6

I'm very happy with the result last night and we looked to have much more of a goal threat. Samaras was excellent as was Brown. Maybe those two make the difference.

Why did VoH come on? I thought we were trying to give them a point lol. He's not a sub I'd use to freshen the team up and work defenders. I thought Caldwell was another stand out also and Naka's set pieces picked up a bit as well.

    Come on Hibs:50:

I think VoH came on because Samaras was looking tired, and Vennegoor can win the big boots from defence, and offers more defending corners and set-pieces.

I would've like to see Maloney on at some point, perhaps even for McDonald who toiled himself into getting upset.

The twenty minutes or so following the goal we were absolutely bricking it. That was the time for the captain/coaching team to get the players copped on, yet nothing happened.

Still, win's a win. Shame Naka couldn't hit those corners last Saturday.
