    I read recently that this guy played on the wing during his early career hence the lower number of goals to games ratio. As a striker he has been more prolific: 25 in 61 games. I like his versatility and as with Charlie Austin I think would be a good acquisition. Celtic should have 4 decent strikers therefore if we can get Hunskelper and Austin, allow Murphy and Samaras to move on.

    I agree with you. If we still need a striker and it will help win the league then pay £1.5 million. Prefer him to the Reading player, Long, that is now being mentioned. I think Hunskelper has good potential

    i like the stokes-hooper partnership but still disappointed bout this...think any good team needs 3 good strikers and i don't think murphy and sammy are up to much apart from the odd good game they have - i.e. murphy in the first game against hearts and sammy against the huns.

    anyway...good luck hunskelper
