    Exactly, Goodwillie is hugely overrated imo. I know I'd rather have a Norwegian international who has scored against the like of Portugal and France over Goodwillie any day! People slating the guys scoring record should note that Goodwillie who always plays as a striker has a scoring rate of almost 1 in every 4 similar Huseklepp who has been playing in midfield for years.

    how are we being cheap brann have their valuation and celtic have theirs celtic dont want to pay branns valuation of the player so have pulled out of the deal simple.

    none of these are awful outcomes. we don't need another striker who doesn't score, we don't need another midfielder and we don't need another big name player who's likely past it. we need a play-making striker who can score goals and a centre half who's good in the air. now we can focus on getting just that

    bring our attention to a better striker imo , people only liked this guy due to his name looking like "hunskelper" :icon_mrgreen:
    his record was not very great anyways , just looked like another rasmussen tbh , maybe the board will revive (dare i say it ) the keane bid , who knows all i know is even if we went for goodwillie then that would seriously scupper the huns for the rest of the season so on that note i say bring him in !:50:

    you cant say he would disapoint or not, just cause he had 1 bad season in the prem doesnt mean he couldnt do it here, i think he would've been a good signin

    Typical of our penny pinching take for * ever board to buy a player.

    7 points clear of ranger THREE seasons ago and never pushed the boat out to improve the team and blow the huns out of sight. Three seasons later egg on face the huns GIFTED £20 million champions league cash etc etc...Biscuit tin is alive and well in the the east end yet again.... Noel Hunt is that because he`s Oirish ????? that will win the fans over eh.

    none of the 3 mentioned are going to put bums on seats or score 20 goals,not fussed would rather youth got its chance than buy players who are not prolific when it comes to strikers,feel for hunskelper though as hes stat ed his desire to come.
