i remember larssons first season sitting in the old temporary stand watching us struggle at home to hearts in the run in. nil nil with about 10 minutes to go and a hopeful ball played towards the corner that was the hearts right backs every time. larsson chased it down anyway pressured him and took it off him before knocking it in to burley for the only goal of the game. he had no right to win that ball and most players wouldn't have bothered going for it, when he did i knew we had a player

David Marshall subbed on at half time in the Nou Camp after Rab Douglas was red carded in the tunnel after getting in between Thiago Motta and an angry Bobo Balde. Marshall pulls off save after save. And the thing I remember most is when Ronaldinho closed Marshall down after he received a back pass, instead of just hoofing it out, he calmly just flicks it over the Brazilians to a defender

The game I was at last season. 1-0 win at home to ICT. Adam Matthews absolutely burst his balls in that game to cut out near on every ICT attack and make block after block. We would have lost that game had it not been for Matthews.

Bumping your own thread after a year, how low...:86:

Anyway I'd say Neil Lennon's celebration against Dundee United at Tannadice in the game the officials lied to our manager, simply because I knew as soon as he ran up like that the propaganda of "Out of control snarling *" would be the norm in the Scottish media. In some ways it helped create a siege mentality that season.

On the football pitch, Robson on Dailly is an obvious choice. I also loved Kayal * slapping the huns midfield in the 2-0 Ibrox game and years ago Lenny standing up to 4-5 huns (Prso, Novo, Alex Rae etc) and it just symbolised him as a Celtic man.

Glenn Loovens against Kilmarnock this year when we won the title. Had his best game in a Celtic shirt that day, made a few lung bursting runs and got himself on the scoresheet all knowing he was out of contract in the summer. Still giving it his best for the Bhoys.

    1) The day we stopped 10 in a row. Was working as a steward at the front door and big rico Annoni came out and there was still loads of fans there and they rushed forward and he grabbed hold of me to use me as a human shield lol.

    2) Meeting Tommy Burns at my old high school. He spent at least 10-15 mins talking to us all and was very humble and funny

    3) Another Tommy moment, Was watching the treble dvd today and the 6-2 game came on and just the wide smile on his face when we scored the 2nd showed his love for the team...

That was at Celtic Park, he played a blinder in the Camp Nou too though.

    The flick was amazing.

Agathe's defensive performance against Ronaldinho at Celtic Park was utterly sublime.

Paul Caddis' defensive performance against Ronaldinho, I thought he was going to be a star.

I thought Caddis would make it too but you never know, plenty of time for him to excel as a player. He can use Mulgrew as inspiration.

Not technically Celtic related, but Johnny Russell doing the "Lenny" when he was subbed off against the Huns last season at Tannadice :56:

Still hopeful of seeing that Bhoy in the Hoops one day. He's definitely good enough for the SPL.

Russell is a good tim and a decent player but I want him to develop further at Dundee United - A club I'd like to see fiish 2nd bar a miraculous turnaround from Hibs - and then perhaps join us as a back up in 2-3 years time.

It probably could be described as monumental but anyway the expression of sheer joy on Lenny's face after we clinched the league at Killie.

It's absolute magic seeing guys at the club who you just know are as ecstatic at our success as the support in the stands. Guys who know more than most what we're all about.

I remember they showed him on TV wiping a tear away on trophy day after the game against Hearts last season there, just before the presentation. It was magic, after everything he's been through, to see him finally get his moment of joy.

The Celtic Song ... There can be only one !
    For us older Bhoys .....

Anytime wee Jinky (remember him) got done and then asked for the ball straight back from the resulting foul to take the dirty bassas on again. Must have totally demoralised any defender the way this wee bloke just would not lie down. My all time hero !!

Tommy Gemmell booting the spaniard up the * after the Atletico Madrid game for having a go at the wee man again.

Bertie Auld sitting on the ball on a number of occasions.

Henrik ........... Well to be honest anything he done :50:
