Luka is a prime example of a player outside of the top 5 leagues, excelling in his role over a period of time. Only 24 years old so has sell on value and obtainable for less than 10m along with wages currently below the level our top earners are on.

We should have a list of these guys and be able to bring them in instead of waiting on the scraps of the EPL table.
