Does not really bother me to much, alot of company's will not sponsor one team without the other.
If we are getting more money through a joint sponser am all for it. -

Yes - to the best deal as possible no matter who else have the same sponsor.
Really don't care about whatever Rangers do. -
The highlighted part of this post sums up the problem for me. Too many people see Celtic and Rangers as a pair. A double act.
We're 'one team', they're 'the other'. Joint sponsorship perpeuates the myth that Celtic and Rangers are simply two plukes on the same * as one guy said a few years ago. It's not good for the club. -

I really hope we do not do a joint sponsorship so I am happy to sign the petition. I think we can get better money alone then the huns and most importantly I think it is very important we distance ourselves from any association with the huns and the bigoted culture they represent.

I dont think they see us as a double act atall, they see Celtic and Rangers as the two biggest clubs in Scotland & that's who they want to sponsor.
There wanting to sponsor the two biggest teams, that doesn't mean we like Rangers or even want anything to do with them - it's just a sponsor wanting the two biggest names in Scottish football. -

I signed this but who the * is looking after it?? theres all sorts of hun bassas messages on it and some a them are * disgraceful about Jock and Bobby Sands ect you get the meaning,, i hope there is some sort of moderator cos they hun * will ruin it,,its what they do

as long as one club has a largely catholic support and republican/Irish obsessions and the other has a largely protestant support obssessed with loyalist/British stuff they will always be seen as 2 sides of the same coin. The same obsessions just opposite viewpoints. The obsession is one shared by the minority loyalist and republican subcultures of west-central Scotland. However the obsession seems weird to most Scots who cannot understand why these 2 groups are more obsessed with bickering over Ireland or Britishness than than they are about Scotland. I can see their point. As long as the clubs are seen as outlets for two minority subcultures obsessed with northern Ireland they will always be seen as a pair.
