We don't know what to do in the phase of defense. Rangers have a simple recipe:get everyone behind the ball. And in the phase of attack, rarely our players look for a pass, they want to dribble and dribble... For someone to score a goal, the ball needs to be passed to him. That simple thing was never taught to most of our players. They obviously think a match is won by doing fancy tricks. This team needs to be put into shape, by someone with an iron fist. Mowbray hasn't got what it takes to do it.

Think the organisation was similar against hibs and st johnstone. He seems to throw on players without any particular strategy. With the players we had last night we really should have taken the game to Killie last night.

It's the coaching that has been very poor at Celtic for a very long time.

McGeady, McManus, Caldwell, Boruc, Naylor & Samaras have all stayed at the same level of 3-4 years ago, or have actually worsened over that period.

Why can't we coach the players properly?

Get Naylor to cross a ball & cover his area, get McGeady to release the ball MUCH quicker & to not run down blind deadend alleys, McManus & Caldwell were so * it's unreal, constantly making the same mistakes.

We really seriously need to get some good footballing & tactical coaches on our staff.
