biton is a class act.. we should be building a central midfield around him and johannsen, brown has been found out. hes no a good footballer has passion and drive but no flair or abilltiy. would like to see a 4 1 3 2 next few matches, biton sitting deep. johannsen in front of him and each side of johansen big derk and james forrest. that would be my formation. brown n mulgrew are to slow on the ball and are always looking across the field rather than forward.

That would leave them too isolated. Forrest is not going to help out defensively and Boerrigter is such a vertical player that I see them being left out to dry. I like the 4-3-1-2 since it offers a lot of flexibility. We've been going between 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2, and 4-3-2-1 the last couple of weeks. The movement has been exciting and now we've got a couple of midfielders in who can reward those runs.

Tall men are noticeabe. He played great as well. Sometimes he runs up front but don't know what to do at decisive moments, decisive passes to strikers are lacking.

I like this guy, he should get an extended run in the team from now until the end of the season.

Anyone who think Brown has been 'found out' should try watch a Scotland game without him in the side.

It'll be funny when Biton has a bad game. The reaction on here will crack me up

Looks a great prospect, seems to have decent pace aswell which is helpful for making driving runs and creating more space for the strikers.

Can't wait to see how he gets on in Europe next season.

I disagree with you there I don't think it will at all leave us exposed, for me best form of defence is attack, plus johansen can defend as well as can derk. I know its a idea but we really would look a different team but allas we will keep the same tried and tested.
plus if biton is sitting holding you have 3 quality defenders in him vvd and efe.

He glides across the grass when he's going forward, classy player to watch.

Think he should be more confident though, suffers from the same nose bleeds Ambrose gets when he beats 2 men and then passes it backwards.

Seen him hit some good shots as well, would like to see him put his foot through the ball more often.

I liked what I seen from him last night. Driving with the ball, he should do that more often and he seems to have picked up the pace of the game much better, he didnt really get caught in possesion from what I saw.

Played very well last night in a tough game for us. Seems to be getting more comfortable now and could become a big player for us next season.

Aye, dropped out the air, held the Caley player off, deft wee touch to get by there midfield. I wish he just smashed it after it instead of passing though. Was great.

He still dallies on the ball sometimes but right now he's just looking class.

He has elegance on the ball. Now that he's adjusted to the speed and physicality of the game he's starting to flourish.

Yeah it was quality, killed it stone dead under pressure..

That's my one big gripe with him, wants too long on the ball and is slower than the pace of the game, having said that he is improving game by game and most of our play right now is coming through him.,
Effortless lovely crisp passing into pockets our players take up and the moves off again..

Love the man and love proving a lot of folk wrong who say he will be a dud.
first proper game I saw him I though to myself wow. He oozes class.
Great players are never rushed, always find a wee pocket, and move to space as if its second nature.
He can pass a ball, retain possession, break up play and as I said is never rushed.
Look at the greats in the game. Pirlo xavi, zidane, seedorf, del piero ect and you will really admire what a * given talent we really have here.
Only flaw I could pick out is for his height he should be more commanding in the air at kick outs and corners.
Big man is twice the player vic was, and is a better footballer than brown, Imagine him with browns grit and motivation. WOW.
