Couldn't really tell how well he played due to a * stream, good performance? Was he the deepest of the midfielders?

Was quite impressed with him today, read the game well, made some good cross field passes. Got forward well, nearly scored a header and had a good shot well held.

Must have made about 10 interceptions. First time I've had a good look at him, quite happy with that.

Looking forward to seeing him at CP where he can be a bit more expansive.

Seems to have good vision and a great weight of pass, could be just what we need.

i thought he was okay but nothing better than that was reasonable tidy on the ball but never really had a big impact in the game. I felt the system however may not of suited him. Did think he needs to work.on his strength abit

Think this guy will come good in time, don't think he's as attacking as say Rogic, only comparing him to Rogic as they are both investments for the future and young, and yeah i'd agree that he has to work on his strength..

This guy is going to be a top player once he settle. I watched every under 21 game in the euros and he was definitely one of the best players in that tourney.

He was ok today and kept the ball well. Had a couple of efforts and had a header on target which unfortunately he couldn't direct either side of the keeper. Will be another threat at corners hopefully.

Manager: New Bhoys made their mark
By: Mark Henderson on 11 Nov, 2013 15:15
NEIL Lennon has praised the performances of summer signings Nir Biton and Teemu Pukki in Celtic´s handsome 4-1 win away to Ross County.

Doubles from Virgil van Dijk and Joe Ledley, all from headers, saw the Hoops leave the Highlands with a well-deserved three points and extend their winning streak in the Scottish Premiership to 12 games.

While van Dijk and Ledley dominated the headlines for bagging braces, there were a number of impressive contributions among a dominant Celtic side, including Biton and Pukki.

"I was really pleased with the contribution of Biton and Pukki," said the manager in an exclusive interview with this week´s Celtic View. “Biton had an excellent league debut and Teemu was unfortunate not to score, but the goals will come. I´m looking at his overall contribution and he was fantastic."

The physical work the Israeli internationalist has been doing at Lennoxtown is beginning to bear fruit.

"Nir hasn’t had a chance because of injuries and suspensions. We have been working on his upper body and he has put some weight on which he needed to do."

"He's worked very hard this week with the fitness guys, and we just felt Saturday was a good opportunity for him. He's looking a lot stronger and I thought he played very well."

Good to see that he's working and already making progress on that, he looked like such a bean pole when he arrived here at first.

I really don't like the sound of all this upper body work for our players. Our staff seem obsessed with it. Forrest and Commons are two who have suffered because of excessive weight training. Both were much more mobile when they first came into the team.

Fair enough if they think it will improve their game but I don't think it does for every individual player. Forrest in particular has become slower since he started to bulk up.

I agree with this. Lay off the gym stuff and concentrate on movement and finding space. Keep commons out the gym for a bit as well he's got plenty upper body!
