The midfield seemed a bit disjointed at times Biton took a few heavy tackles but needs to work on his pace looks slow when chasing oppositon

    No-one was outstanding last night.

Biton was fine. He's had the least amount of game time out of most of the players, still crucial to our hopes of qualifying.

Amazing how much he has improved in a year, perhaps less. Many opinions have been changed on him amongst our support..

    I think Broony was outstanding.

He was my MOTM but I wouldn't say outstanding. Good solid game which is what we have came to expect from him!

He was getting forward and skinning * for fun as well though, which you don't often see from him anymore. Stopped most of there attacks in our midfield as well.

That shot that ended up straight at the keeper when he made room in the box with about 4 players round him was classic Broony, a throwback to hisnearly 20's.

Amazing to think he only cost £700,000.

Also just notice his old club got a 20% sell on fee which is a bit of a gutter.

On the ball he is by far our best player the now. If I was Southampton or Stoke he would have been my first choice replacement for Scheiderlin or Nzonzi.

Why are we always selling our players?

    * Southampton, he is a Celtic player.

When rogic came on for him I thought he done well today I could see him replacing nir whenever he decides he doesn't want to be here

We're a selling club now, we all know it; but it does seem utterly surreal sometimes to listen to Celtic fans (presumably infected with the EPL virus) excitedly discussing which EPL club our better players might have a chance of joining when the time comes.

This year it's Virgil who will go, can we please worry (or in some cases, it seems, * in our underwear) over who Bitton might join when the time comes that we have to sell him in a year or two?

Bitton is a fine example of what happens when you give a player a bit to settle and regular game time.

Not all players will have his quality no but I bet most of us wouldn't have predicted just how much he has improved since that first season under Lennon.

He got a bit carried away tonight thinking he was Zidane, must have put his foot on the ball and dragged it about or turned players about 7 times.

The commentary made it sound like he was one of our better players tonight despite being subbed. Bit of a gamble by Ronny that paid off.

He looked our classiest player, if Qarabag fans were watching they probably noticed him and thought "what a player" as he mopped up well and looked like man against boys skinning their players with nice turns a good number of times but wasnt that great as we've seen him at his best, probably still one of our better players though as none of the players played that well, him Van Dijk and Boyata were probably our only 3 good performers.
