[XBox] New XBOX v PS4????

Everyone in my work who played 360 have converted to sont for the upcoming gen which is great news for me. Think they've lost trust but also like the noises coming from Sony. The fact Sony have undercut Microsoft aswel as supporting indi games will have helped sway them id imagine.

 

:smiley-laughing002: That picture pretty much sums it up. I've see a lot of people have started to call it the Xbox One Eighty which seems pretty fitting.

I was actually reading just there that the console will still ship with all the current DRM measures and that a day one patch will be needed to change it to the new system.

So coupled with the fact that you'll still need an internet connection just to set up the console, it'll technically still be useless to anyone who dosen't have a connection. Surely that would still rule out plenty of people in some markets they are planning on releasing it in i.e. South America and some parts of Asia.

Forza for me is superior and a * of a lot of other as well.

Having no weather system sucks balls though!

 

Wish the ps4 was shipping sooner, my ps3 has just kicked the bucket aftrr nearly 6 years.

 

What's wrong with it bud?

 

Yellow light problem and ive tried one or two home fixes but no luck, dont wana splash 70 quid for the repair at the minute.

 

Many years ago a young mate of my was trying to argue the point that whatever * driving game he was playing was better than Turismo because you could put decals on your car and it had a bigger range of alloys. I play with the behind the windscreen view so the car could look like a Lada Riva for all the difference it make to me.

 

6 years is some going mate, i bought my original on launch and it died after exactly 3 years to the day i bought it lol.

 

You've obviously not played Forza with all the simulation settings on full.

 

All that does is make the game harder, it doesn't make the cars handle realistically, nor does it make the car physics any better.

 

If that happened my Xbox I'd be suicidal, the warranty is up after 3 years

 

It's does a lot more than you think anyway..

I've pre-ordered the Xbox One.

I was going to go with the PS4, as like most people, I didn't like the idea of the always online limitation and no used games. As soon as they dropped those * stained ideas I was sold.

I have had both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 (still have the PS3 just loaned it to a mate) and I much prefer the 360 so I'm sticking with the Xbox.

 

And who are you going to play online mate

Mine just went last week after 6 years aswell? First time in 4 months it was connected to the internet,my pal fixes them but he just moved to Canada 3 days before it went
