It's all very well saying that Neil Lennon shouldn't have taken the job. But when you're a Celtic man you take the main job as soon as it is offered, regardless of your managerial credentials and/or experience, as you never know whether that chance will come again.

Tommy Burns, * bless him, would have told you as much.

too many to choose a favourite, der all smashin!

I have no idea what that has to do with the colour of *. He is not on a fashion show, he is the celtic manager. And how he dresses has no impact on the game plan or results.:71:

    I was being sarcastic :celt_2:

I couldn't care less what Lennon wears, I'm more concerned about his decisions regarding the team.

That makes Lenny a great person but unfortunately that doesnt mean he is a good manager and there is no karma or moral justice. If there was, Tommy Burns would be heading for 15 in a row by now.

I think there is a vibe of players who are any good doing us a favour by staying. I hate that. Oh for a team of people with the spirit of Barry Robson or his like. That sort of fire just seems missing. I seriously have come to the conclusion that the SPL will always be won by the most together team of fighters and trying to build a technical side is pointless.

As much as I like Lennon, and people are being quick to forget the second half of last season where we dominated on the back of great signings and good football, a few more dodgy results and serious questions will be asked.

That's what happens if you pick a relative novice unfortunately.

I remember you spinning me the same line when Mowbray was here, and I said " No Way Jose ". I will not follow a leader with blind faith who is leading us to disaster.:31:

You are omitting the fact Lennon has been here two years now.
Look at his record, look at his fucken record
McCoist has been here only two months and already he is giving Lennon his dinner.

The writing is on the wall already, and we have gone backwards with Lennon in two years, Lennon is arguably as bad or even worse than Mowbray

Being a great servant to the club is one thing. Being a manager legend with it is another. But I'm not writing Lenny off. I just think he needs a mentor to teach him how to act in tougher games, and how to get the team to play with consistency when leading against a dangerous opponent.
